This will be a one-of-a-kind weekend of football, music, storytelling, and community — and we can’t wait to welcome two Bhoys who have worn the hoops with pride and passion.
Peter Grant
A true Celtic man through and through, Peter Grant came through the youth ranks and spent 15 years at Celtic, making over 480 appearances for the club. Known for his fierce loyalty, tenacious tackling, and incredible work rate in midfield, Grant was part of the team that won the Scottish Cup in 1985 and 1989. His emotional connection to the club and his no-nonsense style made him a fan favourite during one of the club’s most challenging eras. He remains a proud ambassador for Celtic to this day.
Tosh McKinlay
A solid and dependable left-back, Tosh McKinlay joined Celtic in 1994 and quickly established himself as a key figure in the defense. He was part of the 1995 Scottish Cup-winning side, helping to end a six-year trophy drought for the club. With sharp positioning, composure on the ball, and a deep understanding of the game, McKinlay was also capped by Scotland at Euro ’96 and the 1998 World Cup, earning 22 international caps. Since retiring, he has remained closely tied to Celtic, working in scouting and player development.
We are also going to Have Tony Hamilton from the Celtic FC Foundation as a special guest as well.
This is going to be an unforgettable few days for Celtic fans in Philly. Mark your calendars, spread the word, and get ready to welcome two Celtic legends to Old City in February 2026.
